This
is a stated income program, which means no documentation/tax returns are
needed for verification. The amounts available range from $50K-$200K+. The
higher your credit score the higher the amount you will qualify for.
It is possible to get more than $200K, however we would rather be
conservative in the numbers we tell you than to over-promise and
under-deliver. There are no upfront fees, as we only get paid when you
receive your funds. In general, our fees can be paid out of the money that
we approve for you, hence, there are no “out of pocket” fees charged for
our services.
There
are no prepayment penalties. You will likely receive your funds in the form of
credit lines and business credit cards, depending on the various banks
we get you approved with. Rates can vary, and generally begin at prime + 1% and go up from there,
depending on what you qualify for.
The
only requirements for this program are the 700+ FICO score and the 2 yrs. in
business as a Corp. or LLC (if you do not currently own a corporation - click
here).
If you meet these guidelines, the first step to accessing your business credit
will be to complete our simple one page application and
return to us via fax or email. You will need to follow the directions on
this website and/or at the bottom of the page on the application to obtain
your credit report.
Once
the application has been completed, we will begin to structure your
applications for underwriting and place your loan in the processing
division. Within approximately 48 hours of us having your application, you will be
contacted by a financing specialist who will walk you through the entire
approval process, and we will deal with the banks on your behalf. If, for
any reason a bank should contact you, you do not need to speak with them.
Contact your financing specialist and we will deal directly with them. Our
objective is to make this experience as smooth and efficient as possible.
Expect 2-3 business days for an approval and around 10-15 business days for
you to receive your business credit. If you require a Shelf Corp, you
can expect funding within approximately 4 weeks.
